Gary, the owner and Eric, my service person, were both extremely helpful, explaining what would be done before and what had been done after. Gave me estimates on some future repairs, which seem more than fair, and the cost for my oil change and disposal of 3 old tires was also right on my target. All in all, I'll be coming back for both our cars a 2011 MIni Cooper Clubman and a 2013 VW Sportwagen diesel. - Dennis K.
